The Informational Portal for People with Disabilities aims at uniting people with disabilities into a community, to provide them with a free forum for discussions, a place for meetings, to give them the opportunity to publish news, articles and other sorts of information, which will be accessible everywhere within Bulgaria and throughout the world. The portal meets Level "A" of European Union’s requirements for accessibility and to a great extent the requirements for Level "AA". The portal is bilingual, it has an easy module for entering information by lots of users and a simple interface, suitable for sightless users especially, who work with Braille display (text version).

There are rubriques, offering various information in the portal. For example:

 news, articles and up-coming events (the aim is to present better information on issues, connected to people with disabilities, the social policy of the country and many other important issues);
 legislation, concerning social rights, there are various sub-sections: "Laws", "Regulations", "Decrees", "European Legislation" and "Draft-Laws";
 "Useful Addresses" and "Bulgarian NGOs" should serve for reference, containing various kinds of data, easily accessible and devided to different themes;
 the forum is a place for meetings and discussion on topics, related to the life of people with disabilities.
 the forum can get bigger and is open for new topics;
 the rubrique "Entertainment" is ment for users’ free time. The topics there are "Sports", "Interesting facts" and "Horoscope".
